What\'s the best meal you\'ve ever had on a plane?

I had had some fantasy about boarding on a plane before I experienced it. A meal on a plane was one of them, so I thought it would be like that served in a fancy restaurant. 
However, Reality was quite different. Firstly, meals coming from Korean companies were not bad. Because I am a Korean, but their taste was slightly less than meals from a common restaurant in my country. 
Usually, I enjoy eating foreign food, but I often dislike them on many foreign Airlines. Most of them were too salty for me. That was why I got used to leaving many of them though I don’t want to. 
Without any expectation about this, I travelled to South Africa with Ethiopian Airways. The ticket price was especially cheap, almost a half of the others’ fare. However, their meals were good. The seasonsing was perfect when I added some pepper. I ate them all though I was full for the whole journey took 18 hours. I would use their service again, I know that there were a few accidents several years ago.
