Thesedays, lots of people listen to music a lot and I also like to listen to music. I think best time to listen a music is when you need to have more fun and happiness. When you are upset or sad, it makes you feel better if you listen to your favorite music. I also did those and I felt better and happy. And the best place to listen music is cafe or home like a quiet place. If you will listen to music in noisy place, you will not be concentrated to what you are doing. So, in my own opinion, I think the best time to listen to music is when you are lonely and best place is a quiet place.
