The important lesson was the delegation. Dividing the workloads was critical to streamlining workflow. Also, in the client service environment, work quality is related to customers’ success. When working for the Willis Towers Watson data services team, I handled everything by myself, from cold calling to data analysis. Since the customer base was growing fast, the overall workload was unmanageable. Accordingly, I overworked to avoid delays, which led to burnout and decreased quality. Throughout the work, I quickly learned the importance of delegation for work productivity and efficiency. Since then, I had tried to ask for help and collaborated with the team to increase workflow speed. Eventually, I increased the participation rate to 40% and revenue to 50%. I learned that collaboration is of the utmost value on the company\'s website to assist financial professionals in the the fast-paced financial market. I would like to contribute open-mindedness to your company as a sales associate.
