Let\'s talk about the large point of difference. There is a Confucian culture in my country. They should respect the older people in young generation. So, they tend to just follow their boss even can\'t give opinions to them. I guess it\'s a big issue so that they can\'t talk freely with them in South Korea. But in other country? it\'s not same this. That\'s why I want to work abroad. Another one, there is to throw shade other people because I will get a promotion early rather than you.
