What's the most boring thing you have to do?

Sometimes I have an opportunity to attend a seminar in my university. In seminar, the researchers from diverse institution or universities give a lecture to us. Some presentations are interesting but others are boring to me. This is because the subject is not suitable to my interests. Nevertheless, I have to attend the seminar since there are a few students in our graduate school and it is mendatory for use to see the seminar. Thus, when I have to see the seminar that I am not interested in, I feel bored.
