The most difficult decision I have made was allocating resources to increase survey participation rate within the retail industry as part of the Data Services team at Willis Towers Watson. Such an event was the most difficult decision because it was the last chance for the sectors to win support from the regional office. Throughout the analysis, I found out that the opportunities lie ahead within the cosmetics and liquor industries, especially for the retail sector, but the numbers exceeded 30 firms. Considering the timeline, I can only focus on 15 firms. I learned to streamline the limited resources by categorizing the firms into several categories. Several beverages and cosmetics firms were under major fashion conglomerates, so I could utilize existing relationships to convey methodology and reduce the time. Eventually, I could increase the participation rate and revenue by 70% and 50 %, respectively. I would like to contribute agile decision-making skills to your company.
