Nowadays, development of technology provides a lot of conveniences to people who have to maximize their work efficiency. There is no doubt that Artificial Intelligence(AI) has remedied a number of humanpower\'s limits and worker\'s responsibility could reduce from 5 days to 4. However, people have to consider that every single employee\'s task and skill level cannot easily allow this progressive decision. For example, production line that completely rely on working time consumption will definitely be unfair regarding to day-off regulation. Without any equity as a human-being before being employee, the company is eventually going to face on the problem against their family-like members. In my opinion, more reasonable compensation of a four-day work week for a wider industry, higher quality of end product can be expected.
