What’s Your Work Style?

I can show a high level of collaboration with a colleague by working toward a goal. Working closely with a colleague and sharing ideas with them has allowed me to tackle clients\' requests with a high level of creativity. Alongside this, the target-setting mindset has allowed me to align my skills with the company\'s ultimate objective. As a customer service associate at Dow Jones, I retained 40 subscribers per month with the data analytics skills I developed to exceed the KPI. However, it was not possible without colleagues\' help which allowed me to gain a comprehensive perspective of the APAC market, which was challenging due to cultural differences. A representative at the analytics department should be a problem-solver and risk-taker to prepare clients in the fast-paced financial market, which will only be possible by working closely with colleagues. I can describe myself as a good listener and goal-setter, which I would like to contribute to Bloomberg.
