In Korea traffic congestion is a so bad. Especially Seoul was only in the morning, and evening. Nowadays is all day long so heavy traffic every corner.
In Korea is public transportion system very good. For example is bus , subway, taxi,etc.
But people don’t take it, they take their own car all the time.That is why country is small have many car everywhere is so crowed. Recently government made new a traffic law.
Public transportion are whatever their own schedule,but self car owner have to sepecific date can drive,but still not following new law. If government make strict law they don’t have optional.korea have 5G technology systems already, If some company c[이름]ging work hours
