I think that it’s necessary to have 3 skills since I moved to a new company.
First, The research of this company is researching X-ray and will make the special equipment using X-ray.
So I have to learn and study all things relative to X-ray and the equipment with X-ray.
Second, I have always been only one of the teammates which consist of the project until now.
But I need to manage and lead the important project due to that works now and forward.
Third, I who am as the manager and the engineer can sometimes meet and converse with foreigners for my works.
So I must develop my English ability which is like infant.
I know that it’s not easy to acquire them.
But I will keep looking for how to obtain first and second skills for a short time.
And I will try to learn English continuously.
