What skills are required in modern society?

As modern society became competitive, there are more required skills including competitiveness to survive. There are some abilities to be outstanding in these days society. A communication skill to cooperate with other people is one of them. However, I believe that confidence is the most critical ability to overcome demanding competitiveness of society. To begin with, a communication skill has been required to fulfill complex tasks in modern industries. It is common that one company performs multiply with different experts from various fields to be success. For example, to sale products companies run many groups at once such as a marketing team, a technology team, a design team and a service team. In this regard, without a communication skill, workers cannot cooperate with people from other fields and have more possibility to fail in his work place.
