I was so glad to find similar answer while I was thinking.
Today\'s question was similar with \"What would you do if you disagreed with manager\'s method?\"
So I can feel more confident because most of questions in actual interview would be based on my answers I already prepared.

In my experience, if I were in the personal problem, I would try to communicate with my colleagues or any people who may be concerned.
Everyone has their own opinions however it can be different from my opinion. The problem occurs at that time.
The communication is really good method to understand them, and I am sure it could be the best strategy to handle those kinds of thing.

The separation of personal and professional concerns is an accepted professional guideline. We have this belief that it is important to set personal issues aside while at work. Take a break if needed to make sure that it won\'t affect your performance. And I agree with your answer that talking about it with other people concerned can make us feel better because we\'re able to release what\'s inside us and it helps us enlighten our mind.
