I prefer an environment where collaboration and competition need to be balanced. The collaboration would encourage sharing perspectives and learning from them with flexibility in tackling problems. Also, a goal-oriented environment would facilitate new objectives that are conducive to productivity and essential for professional and personal growth. When I was at university, I participated in a global research project, where I received constructive feedback on contents, layout, word choices, and voice tone during the weekly presentation. I developed communication skills to deliver my opinion efficiently and concisely in professional settings. With this experience, I increased my client base to 50% in my current job. From the research, I identified Bloomberg\'s culture as competitive together. It would be essential to collaborate within the company level to deliver the best client service using the Bloomberg terminal, which could be later transferred to a sales opportunity.
