\"You are too kind to all people\" is my memorized advice from my senior person. And also he said that It is not so unnecessary to leader to lead organization including school, company etc. But In my case, I sometimes give an advice to my sun and daughter that exercise makes perfect , therefore you should have daily habit for exercising at least 10 minutes. Exercising with my friends are the goal of my life.
