One of my friend once gave me advice to stay calm and be generous. He said I don’t smile. That’s true. I’m well aware of my weakness. However, when I heard it, I didn’t feel good, although he gave me advice out of his good intention to help me improve. It’s a difficult proposition for most people to give someone suggestion or criticism without hurting him/her feelings or making him/her angry.It seems that most of us have a hard time accepting criticism without getting defensive. Moreover, people are not likely to change. People don’t often take criticism well, even if it’s done for good reasons. So, when giving someone advice, we have to think about how to give criticism with kindness and without attacking, so that the person who receives it is more likely to take it well. One of good ways is that, instead of criticizing, which is rarely taken well, we have to offer a specific and positive suggestion.But the best way is turning a blind eys.Don't intervene in someone's business.
