Usually I am attending various lectures over 60 hours through web every year. It is teacher\'s duty. Some teachers just spend clicking the pages. However the others studying very hard. I prefer to attend offline lectures at least 10 hours and the other 50 hours through internet lectures. When I atted the professor Cho Byeok, he spoke about the attitude of Teacher-Librarian. He asked us \'What do you think about the most important attitude for Teacher-Librarian?\'. At that moment, I thought the mind to love books. However, he told us like this. \"Teacher-Librarians must love the people who love reading books.\" The focus was on the human!. It is real, but the words touched my mind. I thought about it seriously and continusly. It made me to have moto that focusing on people, especially students! That\'s why I try to make creative and meaningful reading activities for them.

Good evening, Arissa!
Thank you for sharing your experience and thoughts. Being a teacher really requires continues education or learning too. I\'m glad that you have those web lectures and you take them seriously. Going for an offline lecture is one of the best and I think the most effective since we\'re in the venue and we get to listen to the lecturers in person. We can enjoy and focus too. I miss going to offline lectures but still, I\'m glad that there are wonderful lectures online these days so I can still learn. ^^
The lesson you learned from professor Cho Byeok\'s lecture is a valuable one. As I was reading, I think the motto you developed that focuses on people is a wonderful one- it will help you value the people around you and create better activities for them to help them become better individuals. I think, it will also help you have that feeling of fulfillment in your heart. ^^
