Well, honestly it is a small event , a couple of month ago, I received an offer from another hospital as a charge nurse in the hemodialysis department. But at that time, I studied English for IELTS test so I was not able to accept the offer. Because, in order to work as a charge nurse I have to work the evening shift most of the time.
