I think the restaurant my boyfriend took to celebrate the anniversary was the best.
The rstaurant had one characteristic : it shared a cafe and a restaurant, and it was located on the top floor.
The best for me is that it is located on the top floor of the 43rd floor, so we can see the wonderful scenery at a glance, and it is a course meal, we could enjoy everything from appetizers to desserts. Also, I was able to enjoy the course meal better because I choose and change the food as I wanted.
