I still remember the moment that I turned an worker as pull-time job from an intern last year. It happened on last September. While I was doing it, I got a satisfaction with fully hearted because it seems like a compensation so far working hard. Not only it fuels me to move on the next step, but also it makes me getting a dream as a captain of maintenance team. :)
