What was the most rewarding thing about your job?

The tangible result is the most rewarding point about my current job. I felt a high level of accomplishment when my work and advice made a visible impact on customers. As an analyst at HR consulting firms, I recently managed a project to equip client regulatory shift in Korea. Many clients were confused about the new law enacted because it was unprecedented, so there are no benchmark resources to rely on. Most importantly, there was no straightforward guideline from the government. Accordingly, I decided to survey market participants to provide the client with complete market insight and minimize the regulatory risk for sustainable HR practices. For me, there is nothing more satisfying than accomplishing visible success by assisting the client. I want to contribute empathetic listening skills and attentiveness to the Analytics department at Bloomberg.
