I think it is extremely rude to ask too personal a question in an interview. So the worst question I ever received was when I got married and why I didn\'t have children even though I had been married for a long time with my husband. (My husband and I agreed that we will not have children.) Each person has his or her own lifestyle, and each person\'s values are bound to be different. However, I think that asking questions with negative perspectives is a question that is not polite to the applicant. I also do not ask questions in consideration of the applicant even if I am curious about personal matters when I am interviewing the applicant.
