By the way, I changed open-minded to open-mindedness since the first word is an adjective while the latter is a noun, which actually suits the sentence.
If you will use open-minded, it should have a noun next to it which it will describe. That\'s the reason why I added personality or character (noun) on the other sentence. ^^
