What would be more difficult to eat a strange new vegetable or an exotic piece of meat? In my opinion, the meat is more difficult eating than new vegetable. A person tends to think animals have emotion as human, because they are breathing and fooling the blood. Furthermore, butcher for consumption dies them. On the other hand, the vegetable do not need kill animals for consumption. With piking and catching in correcting way for eating the vegetable that do not have blood. While A person fist see new foods, they imagine foods that before cooking. Also person might be empathy with foods. So I think meat is more difficult.
