What would be the advantages and disadvantages of living permanently in another country?

I have thought about living in a foreign country for a few years, but not permanently.I have actually sought a way to get a job outside of my home country, although the result turned out to be not positive. It would be interesting and exciting to live in another country because it might give us an opportunity to see and experience different cultures and meet various people who have different cultural backgrounds. I understand that there would be a lot of difficulties to adapt myself to the new environment, however, I can develop myself further through overcoming them. Immigrating to another country could be a somewhat different story from living temporarily. You need to take all the factors into account when making such an important decision. Once you immigrate to another country, you cannot come back. Getting a decent job could be challenging. Even if so, you might become a permanet alien to the society.Your life could be more miserable in a foreign country than in your home country.
