What would be your ideal working environment?

The stimulating but collaborative environment is the most idealist working environment. Throughout the competition, I learned the time-saving method to tackle down the problems. Also, working as a team allowed me to find a creative way to solve the problem. During my senior year, I participated in a group research project to analyze the Asian banking structure. At the end of each month, I had to present the monthly progress to team members. Even though the final grade included peer review, many team members gave me constructive feedbacks regarding layout, contents, and Japanese language. This feedbacks enabled me to improve myself further and present ideas efficiently in front of Japanese clients after initiating a professional career. Blackrock is a company that facilitates collaboration among departments and offices to enable efficiency, while constant challenge allows employees for future development.
