What would it be like to live in a house on the beach?

If I live in a house on the beach, it would be great at first, but later on it would be little bit cold. Normally, it is chilly and windy when I go to near beach in korea. But, living on the beach in a warm place will be good. If I live there, I can surf, play in water all day long without home work.
