Chammy. I was glad to know the word \" room status\". If I know a varaity of words, I can express everything with simple sentences. It must be useful word for me anyway. This was actual question in my 2nd interview in Korean. What would you do for the guests who didn\'t check out and left their belongings in the room? And Check out time is already passed. In case that the question above would appear again in English, I try to translate into the English. In my experience, the answer is always in the situation. If I were in that situation, I would try to call the guest first and explain the situation. Asking the guest to check out as soon as possible would be a good way to handle. Even though I tried to contact with the guest and it was not available, I would put all of the items out of the room and save them in front desk and proceeding with next step. Complants might occur but expaining carefully would be necessary.

Hi, Han!
Although taking their belongings out without their permission sounds off, it was nice that you considered the possible result in the last sentence. Guests must be aware of the check-in and check-out times and if it was explained to them upon check-in then it would be better. ***
Reminding guests about check-in and check-out times is part of the check-in routine. So, if I were in a situation where the guests forgot to check -out but things were left inside the room, I would phone and respectfully remind them. but, in the worst-case scenario, they will be unable to be reached. I\'ll notify them by message that I need to remove their belongings from the room and assure them that they\'ll be safe and secure
