Body language is what I would like to incorporate in my communication skill for success in client interaction. Body gesture is critical in all interactions between clients, including virtual, in-person, and even phone calls. Using body language makes challenging explanations much more straightforward. Additionally, understanding the gestures like breathing patterns and facial expressions would help me verify when to push an idea to clients. Since I aim to become an analyst at the analytics team to assist customers from different cultural backgrounds, I would like to develop such skills to identify customers\' risks and seek opportunities by backing with Bloomberg\'s wealth of data.
