What would you say if someone told you that some races are smarter than others?

It could be true that some races are smarter than others, although it is risky to generalize without taking into account all other internal and external factors that can affect people’s intelligence. And what is the basis of judging smartness? Is it referring to people’s ability to learn or is it about earned status? We have to think about whether the racial inferiority is wholly attributable to the genes of the race or it is because of the social infrastructure and environments that deprive them of getting proper education. I personally think that it might have been caused by the latter than the former. Even in the same country, the academic achievement or Intelligence Quotient of students has a large gap by a region because students in rural areas might have less opportunities to take private tutoring than students in big cities. The same theory may expand to a race and a country. For instance, are people in poor African countries less smarter than Americans because of their genes?

Good day, Sir [이름]!

We reached the end of the line.
Yipee! I am sure that you are waiting for this day.

I totally agree with you.

There are a lot of things to consider before telling that a person is intelligent.

Maybe it could be because of genes, but actually it is the environment and education.

We can talk more about this in class.
