Usually I spend my yearly accumulate 5-7 days-offs during the summer season with my family for traveling to local area or overseas. Recent years, I used to spend my private 2 or 3 day-offs after a overseas business trip and then enjoyed overseas travel. That has been very good ways to refresh in my busy working life and I was able to enjoy my own time alone.
Also, I spend my day-offs when I have a personal job, for example, for my daughter to her school of institute or for refreshing by meeting with my friends and so on.
Actually, as most of the salary-man does, I cannot spend all my accumulated yearly day-offs but reimbursed 1/3 of my offs. If I still have remained offs after summer vacation and reimbursement, I spend them in the end period of the year when is not very busy.
