Definately, this is very easy question for me to answer because I know that my most relaxing part of the day is when I sleep. I love doing a sauna so except sleeping part, I feel very relaxed when I\'m in sauna. At least an hour a day, I try to have a relaxing time and after doing a sauna, I know that I feel refreshed for a day so I\'m ready for a day for work.
