Q : Give an example of a time when one of your values has been compromised -- or when you knew it was missing -- over the last year.
I am the person who born and raised in Asian background, where has a hierarchy system.
So when I was in lower grade, I have some experiences I made decisions which are against my rules like Vison. I often made some decision without fully understanding the reason of some policies.
And sometimes even it seemed like wasting energy for unimportant things or scarifying long-term benefits or possibilities for short-term profits.
After getting promoted, it became better. Of course sometimes I planed some product, I was not agreed, but at least I have more ways to reflect my opinions.
