I sometime dial the wrong number when I call some clients with the same name.
In fact, some names are so common and I used to be confused when I make a phone call.
When I realize that I made a mistake, I apologize right way for my wrong call.
Most cases, they don’t care about it.
It’s a minor mistake that always happens in our daily lives and everyone makes mistakes.
