Which do you prefer, vegetables or meet, why?

I can\'t decide what I like more between vegetables and meet because I like both of them. I usually eat vegetables in salad which I try to have once a day. When I was a kid, I super hated vegetables. But as growing up, It\'s one of the lists I want to have. Of course I need a little souce...... anyway. And meet is the other. Even it\'s more expensive than vegetables, It\'s also more delicious. So I can\'t decide this qustion and it\'s TMI,,, I ate ducks with potato salad a few minute ago!
