Which do you think is a better form of communication? Texting or calling through the phone?

Calling through the phone is much better communication for me. When I want to convey my real emotions, I try to convey my words with not only \'words\' but also tone of voice. I need to talk in staying calm, sometimes it is better to choose to text, such as fighting situation. However, I think calling is more fast and accurate communication to convey my sincere emotion.
