Which do you think is a better form of communication? Texting or calling through the phone?

I heard that some teenager fear to catch a call, so called call phobia. They much like texting, because they get used to this and there are negative experiences when they answer a phone, like voice phishing. I agree that texting is more convenience in several cases. First of all, when I have to give back my opinions or make an appointment, I can afford to consider them if I do it through messages. It is a bonus that the information is recorded automatically. In addition, to be honest, phone ring is a bit annoying to me. Including me, everyone is hectic in their lives, but the phone often breaks their concentrations. While we are working, a phone starts ringing and we may look at it. If this is a text, we can instantly re-focus on the job and check it later, but if the phone is still ringing like a baby who really wants to care, you could hardly ignore it. On the other hand, calling is much better when I have some stories what I narrate to my girlfriend or co-workers and vice verse.
