It depends of the situation, but I think job security is more dominal factor than money choosing a job in these days.
Fisrt of all, If job security is guaranteed, life plans can be more systematic and stable while working.
Second, if employment is unstable, for example contract workers, they may be treated unfairly as workers or may be fired inadvertently.
Even so, there are many difficulties in asserting the right as a worker.
For these reasons, I think labor stability is more crutial.
