In my opinion, it depends on the subject. As for issues or subject which are required technical or professional knowledge, I think mem are good at giving advice. Because most men act like a problem-solver when giving advice. But for oter issues such as relationships, lifestyle, and feelings,women are better at giving advice. Women are usually concerned about that kinds of issues and they are more careful when giving advice.
