Which is better person is it who can be nice to you, but sometimes to straight forwarded or a person

I prefer straight forward person and I’m also this type of person. Straight forwarded person can see a little objectively. In addition that person can see what I haven’t seen such as rational part and fact. the other way that person often and sometimes offend one’s mind. Therefore we always perforce be careful about what we say.
