It is important to know our rights for products and services that we avail of. Sometimes, unfortunately, something could go wrong and we might need to assert our rights as consumers. More importantly, assessing how much damage had been made as well as how much time would you need to fix this problem is also paramount. Thus, if you wish to push through with your complaint, then be firm yet kind. This may be difficult but at least try.
