Which professions do you imagine work more extra hours: managers and professionals or skilled and ma

In my office, I am usually the last person who leaves the office in my team. In most cases, my direct reports call it a day earlier than me and go home around 5 o’clock in the afternoon.Last Friday, I was a bit disappointed by my team members’ behavior. We were supposed to have a team dinner after the monthly team meeting to celebrate some of our team members who got promoted. We reserved the restaurant at 6:30 in the evening and the meeting finished around 5 o’clock. So, I expected employees to work until 6 o’clock because it would take only 30 minutes to go to the restaurant. However, all the team members left the office 5 o’clock. I had to work until 7:10 due to the task I had to finish that day. When I left the office, even my boss was still working. On my way to the restaurant, I thought that managers and directors were working harder and more in my company. Don’t they have work to do? Or are they working so efficiently? I believe professionals are working more.

Hi Sir [이름]!
I\'m sorry to hear about that story.
I do understand your situation.
I think whoever is in your place at that time will feel the same.
You work so hard in the office that you always make sure that everything is finished before you go home.
I admire you for that. Hope you are having a great weekend.
