Multitasking would be the utmost skill required within the analytics department. The analyst would need to receive a phone call from the clients while solving another issue through the chatbot. Accordingly, prioritization and scheduling would be essential. Currently, I am working as a data services analyst at Willis Towers Watson, where I have managed and analyzed data for 60 companies from luxury fashion houses to global logistics firms. To succeed in such an environment, I begin my week or day with a list of duties divided into monthly, weekly, and hourly timeframes. Additionally, I divide tasks depend on the urgency and prioritizing the time-sensitive tasks to avoid delay. Most importantly, I group the similar functions based on their characteristics to increase the efficiency.
