A couple of weeks ago, the company, named \"배달의민족\", announced that they are going to overhaul the policy to take more commission although we, their customers, were having a tough time because of the Covid-19.
After the news, we began to complain bitterly about it to the point of a boycott.
And even some municipals started to launch a free-of-charge delivery app which I think is not convincing yet since we have been fooled so many times by such companies.
But hopefully, they show us something different from the company which is crazy about money that make us pay for it, however slightly.
Rather than take a stupid policy, other other companies take a on-demand delivery service to provide essential goods to people in need, which is high likely to make the companies develop.
But, in the Covid-19 crisis, the companies volunteering to help people in need are also suffering a big loss, some of them risk to get bankrupted.
And they have to let some of their employees leave without pay.
