Firstly the workshop should have something important to make a decision all of the members. If there is no such kinds of important things the workshop is just picnic not work. If there is important thing people would prepare their opinion about that. Through this people can have interesting about workshop.
If there is only serious problem, people can be easily boring. So the workshop should have fun activity. For example sports activity, singing together, making a food together, drinking alcohol together such kinds of fun activities should be including at workshop.
