On the other hand, apartments don\'t require residents to manage facilities, trees around the complex for themselves because hired management teams take care of those tasks on our behalf though these services come with a monthly maintenance fee.
Regardless of personal preference, apartments have become the dominant housing type in Korea since they can accommodate large populations within limited urban spaces. To provide housing for millions of people in dense cities, apartments - type of accumulated houses upward - is practically the only viable solution. During Korea’s period of rapid industrialization, when millions migrated to urban areas, the government had little choice but to adopt high-density apartments as the primary form of housing. Over time, Korea has refined apartments into more comfortable and more eco-friendly.
