I think that happening was a accident. But If I should pick just one who is responsible, I think it is because of the deliveryman. Because even though I wrote a correct address, he delivered to another place. (same buliding, but different entrance) And when he called me, I said put it in the mailbox, but he didn\'t. Anyway the everything is okay, and my fault is big too. So I will never use a delivery service but the formal postal service.

This is also an issue here in our country when it comes to delivery because some, not all, deliverymen don\'t really care about the packages that they deliver. They care more about speed because they can earn more if they will be able to deliver as many packages as they can in a day.
