Who is the best English speaker in your family and why?

Among the members of my family the best English speaker is my daughter. My daughter started learning English at the age of 5 in the English Kindergarten. In there, there were native teachers who were from English Region to teach English for students. Furthermore, they would not be allowed to speak Korean. After only 3 months, my daughter spoke some words and understood teachers\'s intentions. One year later, she learned reading and writing intensively. When she finished kindergarten, she can write her own story and discuss with her friends. In contrast, I began learning English at 13 years old in middle school. I learned memorizing English grammars and pronounce signs. If I learned speaking and listening first, even if I was not enough to young to learn a language, I would be better now. I\'m still learning English and speaking is still difficult part.
In conclusion, there is an optimal period to learn foreign languages and there is also effective way educating students.
