I watched a short video about a woman named Lisa Su. She is the CEO of AMD. It was an IT giant in the 2000s, but it almost collapsed due to technical and strategic mistakes before she was designated. However, she fixed the direction and set up the development of more advanced and consumer targeted products. Now, it is the most competitive in this field.
She was a genius student, a remarkable engineer, and a great entrepreneur though she is a daughter of Chinese immigrants in the US, and one of few female students in her major. 
The video includes an episode that happened in a car racing competition. Her company was a major sponsor of Ferrari, so she was there. A reporter had an interview with her as he didn’t know who she was. He asked her, ‘Can you speak English?’.
But, on another interview, she said that she have never felt any discrimination as a minority. The mind not to care about any negative and meaningless things and only to focus on what she has to do was really impressive.
