Who would you prefer to work with?

Fisrt and foremost,I would like to work with experienced teachers who were willing to pass their vast amount of knowledge.I believe I could learn more from them than I could from any textbook I have read about teaching.Theory of teaching and real situation at school have differnces at some degree and their lively expereince is so precious so I need thier help.Next,I would like to work with optimistic teachers.We can be stressful of everything from many paper work to problem with students but we need to deat with the problem wisely.These are our jobs and we have to do that enjoying our work with smile.I don't want to work with a frowned and complaining person all the time.I want to work with sociable and cooperaitive teacher helping each other when we confront the problem.
