Tech-based customer service and aspiration in a career at Bloomberg motivates me. Bloomberg is the global market leader in digital transformation, which made customer representatives know technology as frontline support. In previous experiences, I tackled clients from different cultural backgrounds. With multi-lingual expertise, working at Bloomberg would expose me to technology. UI updates every day and software updates every month which require tracking. Expanding the learning curve would be challenging but motivating.
Also, I could ground my career at Bloomberg in a customer-centric nature. Getting aware of customer demand is crucial in any department. By answering clients\' inquiries, I will navigate to translate such requests into their demand and workflow. I increased the customer base to 70% by grasping customer demand through troubleshooting and inquiries. I believe the customer-centric environment would allow me to customer demand and workflow for value-added service.
